Ingredients:
3 cups smooth peanut butter (Jiff 28 ounce)
1/2 cup plus 1-Tablespoon butter
4 and 3/4 cup powdered sugar
3 cups Rice Krispies
1 (12-ounce) and 1 (6-ounce) “Real” chocolate chips (3 cups)
3/4 block of paraffin
Makes 6 dozen:
Directions:
Mix together first 4 ingredients and roll in balls (walnut size).
Melt paraffin in a crockpot on low, or on top of a double boiler.
Then melt chocolate chips with the paraffin on low in crockpot until smooth and creamy.
Stick a toothpick or skewer into each ball to dip in chocolate.
Balls are much easier to dip if frozen first.
