The cakes below are iced with Chocolate Cream Cheese Frosting.
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese (softened)
1/4 cup butter (softened)
2 teaspoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups sifted powdered sugar
2 ounces unsweetened baking chocolate, melted and cooled
Melt butter and chocolate on low until smooth, then cool.
Beat cream cheese and chocolate mixture together with milk and vanilla.
Gradually add powdered sugar a little at time, beat until smooth.
