Chocolate Ganache

 Ingredients:

 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate

 2 Tablespoons butter

 1 (14 ounce) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)

 1 teaspoon vanilla

 Pinch of salt

  Directions:

In a microwave safe bowl, place 4 ounces semi sweet chocolate and 2 Tablespoons butter, and microwave 30 seconds.

Remove from microwave and stir, and then place back in microwave for another 30 seconds.  Remove second time and mix well. 

Add 1 can (14-ounce) of sweetened condensed milk, and place back in microwave for 1 and ½ minutes checking every 30 seconds and mixing. 

 Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and a pinch of salt and mix well.
