Chocolate Pudding Cake

Chocolate, chocolate and then more chocolate!

Ingredients:

1 box yellow cake mix

1 large box instant chocolate pudding

1 large box instant vanilla pudding

4 large eggs

1 and ½ cups water

½ cup oil

12 ounces MINI chocolate chips

1 cup pecans (chopped)

Directions:

Mix first ingredients in mixer bowl at medium speed for 30 seconds. 

Stop mixer and scrape down sides of bowl, and continue to beat for 2 minutes. 

Stop mixer bowl and stir in 12 bag of MINI chocolate chips and 1 cup pecans.

Grease and flour a Tube-pan. 

Spoon in the cake batter and bake for 1 hour or till toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Drizzle chocolate icing (of choice) on top of cake (while still warm).
