Ingredients:
2 cups chow mien noodles
2 cups Corn Flakes Cereal (coarsely crushed)
1 pound white chocolate
3 cups M & M eggs (with nut)
Directions:
Place a sheet of waxed paper on a large cookies sheet.
In a large bowl, combine chow mien noodles and cereal and set aside.
Melt chocolate in microwave till melted. Be sure to stop and stir every 30 seconds.
Pour melted white chocolate over noodle and cereal mixture.
Mix with hands to form a next.
Mound 2 Tablespoons of cereal, noodle and white chocolate mixture.
Make an indentation in the center of mound to form a nest.
Press 3 m & m’s in the middle while still warm.
Allow to set before moving.
Keep a damp towel over bowl while forming nest so mixture does not harden.
Once nests are formed and eggs put in center let them harden before transferring to a rack to dry.
