M & M Cookies
Ingredients:
1 cup Crisco
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon water
2 eggs
2 cups plus 4 Tablespoons sifted all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 and 1/2 cups M & M’s
Instructions:
Blend Crisco and sugars until light and fluffy.
Blend in vanilla, water and eggs.
Sift remaining dry ingredients and add to the sugar and egg mixture and mix well.
Stir in M & M’s.
Drop by teaspoon onto an UN-greased cookie sheet for 10 to 12 minutes.
For additional color, press extra M & M’s onto cookies before baking them.
