2 sticks butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 box Golden Butter Cake Mix (Duncan Hines)
3 large eggs
1 can pineapple slices (large can) reserve juice
2/3 cup reserved pineapple juice
cherries and chopped pecans
Melt 1 stick butter in a round cast iron skillet.
Sprinkle 1 cup brown sugar to melted butter and let dissolve some.
Decorate with pineapple slices or pineapple chunks, cherries and pecans
Mix together the cake mix with 1/2 cup butter, 3 eggs and 2/3 cup reserved pineapple juice.
Beat for 4 minutes and slowly pour on top of butter and brown sugar mixture already in iron skillet, and smooth out evenly to edges.
Bake 350 for 40-45 minutes
