Orange n White Chocolate Cheesecake


1 1/2 cup chocolate graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup orange juice
1 envelope (0.25 oz) unflavored gelatin
2 cups (12 oz pkg.) Premier White Morsels
1/3 cup granulated sugar
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 Tablespoons finely grated orange peel

Heat oven to 350

1: Combine crumbs and butter.  Press evenly into a 9 inch spring form pan.  Bake for 10 minutes and cool on wire rack.
2: Combine orange juice and gelatin in a small saucepan and heat until gelatin dissolves.
3: melt white chocolate morsels in microwave at 10-15 second intervals, stirring until melted.
4: Beat whipping cream until soft peaks form, and gently fold into cheese mixture.
5: Pour over crust.
6: Refrigerate 6 to 24 hours till set.
7: Remove from spring form pan.

Hint: You can garnish cheesecake with an orange slice in center.  Use one orange slice and cut halfway through center, but not all the way.  Twist orange slice and set on top of cheesecake in the center. You can also shave chocolate (in addition to the orange slice) on top of cheesecake for additional color.
